When the final pack has been approved, we produce the first batch, which will be sent to you in approximately 4 weeks. Hereafter we produce the projected monthly demand in advance and store it in our specially equipped premises. Therefore we are always ready to deliver.e
Deliveries can be shipped weekly, monthly or quarterly. In the event of an unexpected rise in demand, we can deliver promptly to avoid shortages. This flexibility gives you the security of always having sufficient material available for your procedures.
If needed, we can supply your surgical kits within 24 or 48 hours. Delivery is carried out by our own vehicles or carefully selected forwarding agents.
We handle the entire storage of the kits in our own facility adhering to stringent hygiene regulations. Maintaining the sterility of your kits is our most important goal.
We guarantee reliable packing of our kits, starting with the manufacturing of the individual drapes, the correct sequence of the ophthalmic products until sealing and finally sterilization. The consistent quality assurance is based on years of experience and continual improvement of our processes. Each and every product is thoroughly checked and inspected prior to integrating it into the kits.
Medical devices in Germany are already subject to the most stringent controls which we fully conform to. In addition, we voluntarily conduct regular quality tests of all products, facilities and packaging materials to identify microbial contamination and impurities at an early stage.
We produce in accordance with the EU MDR Regulation 2017/45 MDR and EN ISO 13485. We are fully compliant and diligent in maintaining the standards and requirements for our products and machinery.
